How quickly can services start?
Once we receive your referral and have an initial chat, we can often begin services within 1-2 weeks, depending on your needs and support worker availability.
Do I need an NDIS plan to access your services?
Yes, our services are funded through the NDIS. If you're not yet a participant, we can guide you through the access process or connect you with a support coordinator.
Can I choose my own support worker?
Absolutely. We believe the right match makes all the difference. We'll work with you to find a support worker who suits your personality, needs and goals.
What areas do you cover?
We provide services across the Perth metropolitan area, including northern, southern, eastern and western suburbs. Contact us to confirm coverage in your area.
