How we work with NDIS participants

Gratitude Support Services provides disability support services for NDIS participants across the Perth metropolitan area. We work with you to understand your plan, your goals and your preferences, then deliver support that truly makes a difference.

We support participants who are agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed. No matter how your funding is managed, our team will work with you to make accessing support as simple as possible.

We support all funding management types

Agency-managed

The NDIA manages your funding and pays providers directly. We handle invoicing with the NDIA on your behalf.

Plan-managed

A plan manager handles your finances and pays providers. We invoice your plan manager directly for seamless service.

Self-managed

You manage your own funding and choose your providers. We provide invoices for you to claim through the NDIS portal.

We'll work to match you with the right support worker based on your needs, location and preferences.

Support begins

Once everything is in place, your support starts. We stay in regular contact to make sure things are working well.
